What sort of clients do you work with?
I typically work with small businesses or sole traders but mostly I work with anyone who either needs to establish a presence online or who has an existing site that needs to be redesigned.
Can you design a logo for me without a website?
Yes, most definitely. I love designing logos and creating branding for businesses
How long does it take to have a website built?
It depends. There are a lot of variables that can affect a timeline however for an informational website it usually takes between 3-5 weeks. For e-commerce websites it will usually take 6-8 weeks.
I want animation in my website. Do you do Flash?
No, I don’t do Flash anymore however I do work with an excellent contractor who can provide Flash animation services.
Can you help with copy writing?
Yes, I can refer you to an excellent and affordable copy writer who writes for the web.
Where are you located?
I’m in Kingsland in Auckland, 6 houses away from the train station so I’m quite central and easy to find. Of course I am happy to come out to meet you if that’s more convenient
What are your payment terms?
I appreciate that for many small businesses and individuals it’s difficult to plonk down a couple thousand dollars at one time. For this reason I invoice every Friday and request payment within 7 days. I do not require a deposit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
My favoured form of payment is direct debit but I also accept cash and cheques. Payment by credit card can be arranged however an additional fee for processing charges will be added to the invoice total.
