What sort of clients do you work with?
I typically work with small businesses or sole traders but mostly I work with anyone who either needs to establish a presence online or who has an existing site that needs to be redesigned.
I’m also available as a contractor or on an as-needed basis. Currently I create designs for a number of web design companies in New Zealand.
Can you design a logo for me without a website?
Yes, most definitely. I love designing logos and creating branding for businesses
How long does it take to have a website built?
There are a lot of variables that can affect a timeline however for an informational website it usually takes between 3-5 weeks. For e-commerce websites it will usually take 6-8 weeks.
I want animation in my website. Do you do Flash?
No, I don’t do Flash anymore however I do work with an excellent contractor who can provide Flash animation services.
Can you help with copy writing?
Yes, I can refer you to an excellent and affordable copy writer who writes specifically for the web.
Where are you located?
I’m located in the Iron Bank building on Karangahape Road (K Road) in Auckland, office 505.
What are your payment terms?
I request a 50% deposit at the beginning of the project and the remainder before the web site goes live or in the case of graphic design projects, before the final files are handed over. I am flexible and open to other payment terms which suit your budget if required.
What forms of payment do you accept?
My favoured form of payment is direct debit but I also accept cash and cheques. Payment by credit card can be arranged however an additional fee for processing charges will be added to the invoice total.
