I typically work with small businesses or sole traders but mostly I work with anyone who either needs to establish a presence online or who has an existing site that needs to be redesigned.
I’m also available as a contractor or on an as-needed basis. Currently I create designs for a number of web design companies in New Zealand.
WordPress is a state-of-the-art publishing platform with a focus on aesthetics, web standards, and usability and is the software solution utilized for the content management system (CMS). The CMS gives you the power to control your site content. You can edit and add content, images, and video as well as use the editor to mark up headings, lists, links and other elements. You’ll also have the power to add new pages to your site.
WordPress has a handy auto-save feature that saves your work automatically so you won’t lose your content. If you find that you need to revert back to a previous version of a page it’s as simple as clicking a link.
WordPress is web standards compliant. Every bit of WordPress generated code is in full compliance with the standards of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). This is important not only for interoperability with today’s browser but also for forward compatibility with the tools of the next generation.
